As a full time NYC attorney, there are never enough hours in the day. That’s why I spent the last 3 years of my fitness journey designing programs to improve my life, not become it. And I’ll do the same for you.
How We will work together

define your goals
We’ll have a 30 minute kickoff call to iron our your fitness goals. Strength training, injury prevention, weight loss for a wedding, whatever it is – we’ll design your perfect program.

Design Your Program
I’ll create a fitness program for you to get you where you need to go in the time you need.

Weekly Accountability
I do in person training, but if you want to train on your own, we will also schedule weekly calls to modify the program and hold you accountable to hit your goals.
